The 25th Congress of Asian Sports Journalists Federation (AIPS Asia) will be held in Nepal in the last week of August. Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) has been entrusted with the project of the Congress from the meeting of AIPS Asia held in Santa Susanna, Spain.

In the meeting, Nepal, Malaysia and Kyrgyzstan submitted their claims and Nepal’s proposal was accepted. Nepal Sports Journalist Forum had previously completed the working committee meeting of AIPS Asia in 2016.

Sports journalists from more than 30 Asian countries will gather in the congress. Durganath Subedi, the president of the platform, said that it is the hard work and effort of all the members of the platform that the platform got this historic opportunity.
