Countdown begins for launch of WAC2026 ticket sales
AIPS ASIA News:
Football fans can look forward to purchasing tickets for the highly anticipated AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ from July 18, 2025, with the launch of Multi-Match Packs. Visa cardholders will enjoy exclusive pre-sale access from July 18, while sales for the general public will commence on July 25.
Taking place from March 1 to 21, 2026, the Continent’s premier women’s national team competition will return to Australia for the first time since 2006 and will be hosted across the vibrant cities of Gold Coast, Perth and Sydney, each featuring spectacular venues, including those used during the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023.
Fans can secure their tickets to the tournament’s biggest matches, including the Final, with a wide range of ticketing options designed to suit every fan base, with prices for a minimum of three matches, including an Australia match, starting from just AUD 45 for children and AUD 80 for adults. In addition, public transport will be made free for ticket holders on match days.
A variety of Multi-Match Pack options tailored to each fan’s tournament experience are available. These include Premium Passes, which feature Australia’s matches alongside key knockout fixtures, and Finals Passes that offer access to the high-stakes Quarter Finals and Semi Finals.
Meanwhile, Stadium Passes and Group Stage Passes will provide entry to multiple group matches at selected venues, while the Play-Off Pass will be exclusive to the Gold Coast, featuring decisive qualifying games for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027.
Supporters can also opt for the Follow Australia Pass, which guarantees tickets to all three of the Matildas’ Group Stage clashes across all three cities as they chase Continental glory on home soil. Moreover, fans will be able to choose to follow any of the 12 qualified teams after the Final Draw, which is set to take place at the iconic Sydney Town Hall on July 29, 2025.
More information on purchasing options for single-match tickets will be available later in the year, following the completion of the Final Draw.
