AIPS ASIA signed  MOU with Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

Attend by AIPS Asia Vice President, Ahmad Khawari Isa represent its President, while the signing occasion has been done between General Secretary, Amjad Aziz Malik and AFC General Secretary, Datuk Windsor John.

Among the cooperation is including news coverage within Asian continent and offered workshop and training for its member especially regarding football journalism.

The MOU is important for both parties in playing a role to develop football in Asia through media.

Many activities can be implement which will benefited to AFC and AIPS Asia.

Other suggestion is to create AFC football journalism award in the future.
