AIPS Asia had no formal office before 2016. In 2016, the head office was established in the capital of Bahrain in a beautiful high-rise building. In 2017, the Secretary Secretariat was officially inaugurated in Peshawar, but in 2022, when Amjad Aziz Malik from Peshawar was elected the Secretary General of AIPS ASIA for the third consecutive time and he invited the newly elected president Hee Don Jung from Korea, At this occasion a new office of AIPS ASIA was established on Shami Road, a posh area of ​​Peshawar, which was inaugurated by delegates from 10 countries, including Mr.Hee Don Jung  and Niranjan Rajbansi, treasurer of AIPS ASIA. The Secretary Secretariat in Peshawar has undoubtedly become the hallmark of AIPS ASIA, where the staff is very hardworking, thanks to which the office affairs of AIPS are being carried out very well.
