BG Sports set to broadcast AFC matches in Thailand.
The AFC has announced today a landmark media partnership deal in Thailand, as it welcomes BG Sports as a media partner for selected competitions from 2024 to 2029. The partnership will provide fans in Thailand with access to the AFC’s matches across the AFC Asian Qualifiers™ – Road to 26, the AFC Champions League Elite™ and the AFC Champions League Two™ until the end of the 2028/29 season.
The partnership will span five seasons of the newly revamped men’s club competitions, beginning with the inaugural 2024/25 season. Furthermore, the first edition of the AFC Women’s Champions League™ will also be covered by BG Sports, with the centralised Group B battles set to be hosted in Thailand.
Representatives of the AFC and BG Sports met today at BG Stadium to formalise the partnership, reiterating their mutual commitment to delivering best in class services for teams and fans alike and providing millions of passionate fans in Thailand with seamless access to Asian football.
As part of the partnership, BG Sports will broadcast all matches involving Thai teams, as well as other selected fixtures of the aforementioned competitions, on their established YouTube channel.
